| in the last 3 days ive seen a lot of arizona. it is really amazing, for you flying peeps if you every get a chance to you should go to the sedona airport in arizona. it is right on the top of a plateau. today pretty much rocked. i slept in until 10am then went walking for about an hour, had lunch, went flying, rented a movie and ate sushi.... and im walking around in a t-shirt on dec 31st. happy new year! | | |

| Today I flew my 1001st hour in an airplane. Interesting that it was a training flight in a 172, and I was the trainee. Most people have a sweet story about passing 1000.... I was still taking lessons.... but I passed and now I can continue with flying. The school has a strict 'no mexico flying policy' as well as a strict 'no training other peeps in our planes if you ain't one of our instructors policy'. So now we are going to be 'sight seeing' for the next 3 weeks. I'm thinking about going to see the Quest Kodiak. Thats in Utah right? Also how far is Manhatten? | | |
| I'm back! Let me tell you about whats going on in my life.
I woke up this morning in sunny Arizona. Looking out my window I can see palm trees in the background and assorted citrus fruit trees in the foreground. So I went for a 2 hour walk around the resort-like golf course in my shorts and a tee-shirt. There is a pool in the yard and a big screen T.V. in the living room. It's like a 5 star hotel. I'm not sure what I will do later today but I am supposed to be flying for the next 20 days. I'm kind of a live-in flight instructor. I've been told that we are going to Mexico sometime soon. I'll keep you updated.
